Rahim at K1 Heating Solution was fantastic. He managed to repair an ongoing issue that couldn't be rectified by the original engineer who first changed the part. We then needed a new kitchen sink and tap. He emailed us photos of the available taps, sourced the parts the same day and was here This evening to fit them. I can't recommend them highly enough, especially Rahim who is just a really nice honest guy

Rang up a chap called Rahim after hearing good reviews in Birmingham . Can't fault him within the hour had my hot water & radiators up & running during the -1 -2 degrees we had at night.

Excellent service. Rahim worked until 9.30 pm on Sunday evening to replace a copper gas supply pipeline to my 94 year old mother’s home.
The gas supply had been turned off earlier in the day due to a leak. Had he not stayed and worked into the late evening my mother would have been without heating for the foreseeable.
He was a very polite and considerate young man and I was extremely impressed by his work ethic. I can highly recommend his services. I have no hesitation in giving him a well deserved 5 star review!

Needed an emergency plumber and he arrived within good timing and repaired the issue. We noticed the following day, a slight drip on the new fixture and mentioned it to him and he quickly came and resolved the issue. Great service and would use again in the future.
